Sophy passed away today. Our hearts are broken. We will miss her.

Favorite Sport: Football, football, football... some golf & scuba, but also loves to watch ANY sport, especially if his boys are playing.
AMY
Favorite Sport: Sleeping, but only because she is really good at it... Actually, she likes to cheer from the sidelines, where she can yell at the coach, the ref or both.
RYAN, 14 years
Favorite Sport: started snowboarding this year & LOVES it!!! He has spent many years playing all types of sports but really enjoys tennis & baseball, a true homerun hitter. Playing wii sports with his friends is also a favorite. Ryan has recently earned his Eagle Scout Badge. This fall he is excited to start guitar lessons.
BROCK, 11 years
Favorite Sport: This kid has the true heart of an athlete (& the bruises to prove it.) He loves to play ANY sport but especially loves baseball catcher & tackle football. He is currently playing on two baseball teams. He also loves to watch sports with his Dad but has his own opinions about every team & each player. He has a large collection of sports cards.
KELSIE, 9 years
Favorite Sport: This sweet, gentle soul is really enjoying gymnastics & dance (so graceful). She is a mermaid in the water, enjoying swimming & knee boarding. She also loves to fish & knows how to bait, cast & reel her own pole. She has recently found interest in a new sport - SHOPPING for clothes.
EMILEE, 5 years
Favorite Sport: Don't let this sweet face fool you, she likes anything fast, bumpy & extreme... especially four wheeling & knee boarding. She also loves ballet & is proof that it can be an extreme sport. She has recently started teaching herself to play the piano - INCREDIBLE!!
Rosco, the Beagle Dog
Favorite Sport: loves going anywhere with the family (even if it's taking the kids to school), like camping, hiking & four wheeling!! He also loves to chase cats in his sleep, birds out of the backyard & airplanes out of the sky. He is currently learning sign language!!!

i am so sorry to hear about sophy's passing.. and after all that special pampering...
We all greeted Sophy in our coming and goings to the Alvord kitchen. We had to peek into her little hollow log to spy and coax her out, so that we could pet her. In heaven when animals can talk she will thank you for all the tender loving care from the Alvord Family.
Love Grandms & Grandpa...CTR so that you can be with Sophy again...
